About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Decarbonisation Specialist to join our team at Onsite Rentals. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing customised decarbonisation plans for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of customer sites to identify opportunities for decarbonisation and develop tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their decarbonisation goals and objectives, and provide expert guidance on the selection, operation, and maintenance of decarbonisation equipment.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to decarbonisation, and continuously update knowledge and propose innovative solutions and recommended pricing models.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented decarbonisation initiatives, analysing data and metrics to measure impact and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and introduce regular workshops and feedback sessions between our customers, Onsite, and OEMs to share knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of designing and implementing decarbonisation solutions in industrial settings.
  • In-depth knowledge of power generation systems, welders, compressors, and other rental equipment, including their technical specifications and operational requirements.
  • Strong understanding of decarbonisation technologies, such as renewable energy systems, energy efficiency improvements, and carbon capture and storage.
  • Certification or training in relevant areas, such as energy management, sustainability, or environmental compliance.
