About Our Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our growing team. As a key member of our consulting practice, you will be responsible for delivering digital transformation projects across various industries. With a focus on practical, value-driven outcomes, you will work closely with client teams to analyze needs and recommend tailored digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Project Delivery: Lead the delivery of digital transformation projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Client Collaboration: Collaborate with client teams to understand their needs and develop effective digital solutions.
- Workstream Management: Manage workstreams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
- Billing Utilization: Maintain high billable utilization rates.
- Technical Expertise: Apply knowledge of IT/OT systems integration to connect business processes and technologies.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, ensuring quality delivery.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience delivering digital or industrial automation solutions, with at least 2 years in a consulting role.
- Technical Skills: Proven experience delivering scalable IoT/IIoT, analytics, or software-led transformation projects.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
