Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned consultant to join our team and drive digital transformation across large, complex schools. As a Senior Consultant, you will work directly with school executives, product teams, and internal delivery squads to deliver tailored solutions that simplify school operations and improve teaching, learning, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high-impact client rollouts of Compass's platform across curriculum, student wellbeing, administration, and parent engagement
  • Engage senior school leaders to understand pain points and design onboarding and transformation journeys
  • Manage implementation programs across multiple work streams with a focus on velocity and value
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure execution aligns with strategic goals and client outcomes
  • Analyse workflows and drive process transformation using data and insight to optimise school operations
  • Mentor junior consultants and collaborate across projects to continuously improve implementation playbooks
Requirements
  • Commercially sharp with 2-4+ years' experience in consulting, enterprise software delivery, and/or strategic project implementation
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders and timelines
  • A structured problem-solving approach and strong attention to detail
  • Experience working directly with clients, including executive-level stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and calm client presence
  • A willingness to adapt and lead from the front
