Job Role: PEGA LSA (Certified Lead System Architect)

You will contribute to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will define problems, propose solutions, develop, configure, and deploy solutions. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables, and contribute to proposal development, client training, and internal capability-building.

You will shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable clients to meet changing needs in the global landscape.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in technology consulting and enterprise architecture
  • Hands-on experience in application development and Pega frameworks
  • CLSA certification in Pega v8.x/Infinity
  • Pega Smart Claims Engine and Pega Infinity 24 experience preferred
  • Generating innovative ideas for client problems using BPM solutions
  • Good understanding of business processes and ability to prepare design documents
  • Experience in J2EE, web development, or .Net
  • Develops advanced knowledge of Pega Architecture and design features
  • Accountable for ensuring business and technical architecture matches customer requirements
  • Experience working in a management consulting environment
