Job Title:

Digital Transformation Consultant

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of an enterprise digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct assessments of current-state business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimised future-state processes.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to co-design fit-for-purpose digital solutions and change strategies.
  • Support the centralisation and standardisation of core functions across the enterprise to enhance operational flexibility.
  • Evaluate and implement digital platforms, tools, and systems across business units.
  • Ensure strong stakeholder engagement and change management to drive adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Track and report on transformation KPIs, benefits realisation, and implementation risks.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years' experience in digital transformation, enterprise strategy, or business process improvement.
  • Proven experience leading complex transformation initiatives in large-scale environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise digital tools.
