Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-impact digital transformation projects across diverse industries, focusing on practical outcomes that drive business value.
  • Collaborate with client teams to analyze their needs and recommend tailored digital solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of solutions within budget constraints.
  • Maintain optimal billable utilization levels.
  • Apply knowledge of IT/OT systems integration to bridge business processes and technologies.
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks, ensuring project quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions with client teams.
  • Support adoption and change activities to drive stakeholder alignment.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience delivering digital or industrial automation solutions, with at least 2 years in a consulting role.
  • Proven track record of delivering scalable IoT/IIoT, analytics, or software-led transformation projects.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingsness to travel for approximately 10–20% of the time, primarily within the South Pacific region.
