We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team as Triage and Resolution Officers.
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced individuals to make a positive impact on the lives of many Australians.
- Key responsibilities include guiding and mentoring staff in the implementation, assessment, and monitoring of reportable incidents.
- The role also involves managing a caseload of reportable incidents, assessing complex situations, and escalating incidents for further investigation or action when necessary.
- Providing advice on trends and issues through the oversight and review of reportable incidents is also a critical aspect of this position.
- The successful candidate will guide and mentor officers to ensure assessments are completed to a high standard within agreed timeframes.
- This role requires developing and maintaining strategic relationships with external stakeholders, including service providers and regulatory bodies.
- Preparing complex correspondence and corporate documentation, including reports and briefings, is also a key responsibility.
- This position will support capability in a team environment through coaching others and encouraging career development.
