The successful candidate will have a strong background in workforce management, strategic planning, marketing, change & communications functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Leading industrial and employee relations, cultural change and development, HR team leadership, legislative compliance, learning and development, talent management, employee engagement and strategy development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior People & Culture, HR Management or strategic leadership role
Preferred skills:
- Strong knowledge of contemporary HR practices and employment legislation
- Experience leading organisational transformation projects and cultural change management
