Workforce Solutions Designer
We are seeking an experienced HR Professional to design and implement future workforce strategies across talent, reward, and organisational structures. This role will partner with stakeholders to drive talent, organisational design, and total reward services that build future capability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design job architecture, frameworks, and role clarity tools.
- Manage establishment data, workforce structures, and remuneration benchmarking.
- Oversee total rewards operations — remuneration reviews, incentives, job evaluations, surveys, and vendor management.
- Conduct market analysis and provide data-driven remuneration advice.
- Deliver analytical support across workforce, reward, and organisational design projects.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in HR, including organisational design, remuneration, and talent development.
- Proven expertise in compensation cycles, salary reviews, incentive plans, and job evaluations.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical, reporting, and data storytelling capabilities.
- Solid understanding of compensation frameworks, HRIS systems, and job architecture.
- Track record of delivering operational improvements across talent and reward functions.
