Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Food Service Manager to join our team in Western Australia. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our food service operations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our restaurant team, managing day-to-day shift operations, and ensuring high-quality food is served to our customers. You will also provide outstanding customer service and knowledge of employee relations, while supporting the Restaurant Manager in creating a positive and collaborative workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the restaurant team and support the Restaurant Manager in developing and implementing strategies to improve food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage day-to-day shift operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff training.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and attention.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in creating a positive and collaborative workplace culture, where employees feel valued and supported.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results under pressure.
