**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced People and Culture Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the management team to provide guidance and support on people management matters.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with expertise in workforce planning, employee relations, and diversity and inclusion strategies. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve complex situations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coach and guide management on people management matters
  • Develop and implement workforce planning and retention strategies
  • Manage employee relations and engagement initiatives
  • Design and implement diversity and inclusion strategies
  • Develop and review policies, procedures, and practices

**Requirements:**

  • Contemporary knowledge of human resource organisational policies and practices
  • Knowledge of current employment legislation and 'Employer of Choice' practices
  • Certificate IV or Diploma (or working towards) in Disability Services, Community Services or Individual Support desirable or other qualification or equivalent working experience in the area of disability services
