Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to drive projects across the organisation. This role will partner with various business stakeholders to address key challenges and deliver outcomes that create positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and oversee project resources, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and to the required standards.

• Design and implement project strategies, processes, and contingency plans in consultation with key stakeholders and team members.

• Proactively identify, engage, and manage relationships with stakeholders across multiple business areas to ensure project support and success.

• Determine project resourcing needs, participate in recruitment when necessary, and oversee daily project activities.

• Prepare and maintain regular project progress reports for both management and stakeholders.

• Actively identify and mitigate risks, and effectively resolve project dependencies and conflicts between teams and departments.

• Contribute to the development of new methodologies to improve project delivery and broader organisational outcomes.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Junior Project Manager or at least 5 years of industry experience at a management level.

• Relevant tertiary education in a business-related discipline.

• Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and lifecycle phases.

• Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and management.

• Excellent communication, with strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.

• Advanced project management and organisational skills.

• Experience with budgeting, resourcing, and financial management.

• Knowledge of process re-engineering, business improvement, and change management principles.

Essential Requirements:

• A current driver's licence

• The ability to obtain and maintain a Working with Children Check

• The ability to obtain and maintain a National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check
