The Opportunity

As a Community Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting a customer with daily living tasks, enabling them to live an independent and holistic life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
  • Providing support with hygiene and personal care
  • Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
  • Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
  • Meal assistance which may include meal preparation

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Individual Support
  • At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker
  • NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
