Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Rates Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the overall integrity and accuracy of our valuation and rating database. They will also ensure that our land valuations register is maintained and reconciled regularly with NSW Valuer-General valuation data.

In addition, the candidate will champion our TechnologyOne Property & Rating system, collaborating with key stakeholders to develop and deliver an effective and efficient system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the timely processing of supplementary land valuations, including the creation of new properties and accurate categorisation for rating.
  • Assess and determine rating categorisation and/or property rateability in accordance with legislative requirements.
  • Determine and/or action relevant transactional matters, including transfers, refunds, receipts, and the distribution of unallocated payments.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need strong organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also require a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
