Job Description:

The Senior Account Executive is a key player in driving client success by providing exceptional business partnership to our radio ratings clients in Australia.

As the face of our company and its media solutions, you will be responsible for supporting clients’ business needs through effective client training and onboarding of new clients.

In addition to client service functions, you will assist in contract negotiations and data quality checks, ensuring seamless delivery of results for clients & GfK with strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Deliver expert-level support and guidance to clients
  • Conduct thorough analysis of real-world business problems to drive delivery of results
  • Work closely with multi-disciplined teams to achieve shared goals
  • Identify opportunities to improve renewal rates and enhance overall client satisfaction

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess 1-2 years of experience in the media/radio industry. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential, along with a proactive and consistent engagement with multi-disciplined teams.

You must be able to address complex business problems analytically, drive delivery of results, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail.

Additionally, you should have excellent language skills, be proactive and consistent in your engagement with multiple teams, and have eagerness to learn, open-mindedness, team spirit, and an entrepreneurial attitude.

  • Excellent Salesforce and MS Office application skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
