**Human Resources Coordinator Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Human Resources (HR) professional to join our team as an HR Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact in shaping the future of our organization.

As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. You will work closely with our Global Director of People & Culture to create a great employee experience, ensure compliance with employment laws and workplace regulations, and provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and best practices.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support new hire onboarding, benefits, and offboarding processes
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with employment laws and workplace regulations
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and best practices
  • Assist in talent acquisition efforts, including drafting job ads and publishing job opportunities

**Requirements:**

  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Possession of knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in Australia and New Zealand
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a startup mindset
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results
