**The Client**

We are currently seeking to recruit a number of Human Resources Trainees to join a global leader in international freight forwarding and logistics while completing a Certificate III in International Freight Forwarding.

**The Position**

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager you will be given formal and "on the job" training to develop your skills allowing you to support the team by:

- Assisting with the recruitment needs of the organisation
- Offering support to internal customers
- Assisting with onboarding of new hires and Offboarding of Employees
- Diary management & booking of meetings, organising catering, travel support
- Support Employee Development & Training administration when required and being an advocate of a learning culture
- Additional duties as required by management
- Maintaining and updating employee records and data bases
- Offering support to employees & Business Partners
- Administration support of creation and filing of employee documents
- Participate in Projects as required
- Perform quality checks of system data
- Reporting creation and support
- Supporting the central mailbox

**The Requirements**
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Desire to pursue a long term career in Human Resources
- Previous experience in Human Resources is an advantage
- Positive and dedicated attitude with the ability to work independently
- Professional and committed disposition
