
Human Rights Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team in a complex and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will oversee the performance outputs and service delivery of the team, according to changing workload and priorities.
The role works closely with two other team leaders and is required to proactively manage the performance outputs and service delivery of the team. This process will be used to establish an Order of Merit for upcoming Team Leader vacancies in the Human Rights Division.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the performance outputs and service delivery of the team
- Work closely with two other team leaders
- Proactively manage complex and sensitive cases and escalated client contact
- Leadership experience or readiness for the next step in career
- Ability to provide training and support to team members
- Comfortable and capable in dealing with technology and systems
- Strong focus on providing great service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible attitude and willing to work in a rapidly evolving environment
- Common sense and good judgement
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
