About the ProjectsThe project includes 25 Spanish lessons prior to your departure, ensuring you're well-prepared for your time in Guatemala. You'll work with local grassroots organizations, engaging in various initiatives like human rights advocacy, women's empowerment, and violence prevention through education.
Key Responsibilities- Document human rights abuses
- Educate the international community on human rights issues
- Provide direct support to victims of abuse
By joining this project, you'll contribute to vital human rights work and gain invaluable experience collaborating with frontline organizations dedicated to protecting and promoting human rights.
LogisticsYou'll be warmly greeted at the airport and transported to the project site via private minibus. To ensure a comfortable and authentic experience, you'll have the option to stay in a private room with a local host family or at a hotel, depending on your preference.
