Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the daily load and route plan for all channel deliveries;
  • Directing independent contractors in their execution of the daily load and route plan;
  • Ensuring service delivery to clients and monitoring daily loads;
  • Controlling and monitoring the daily and weekly revenue plan;
  • Compiling relevant paperwork from the previous day and entering data;
  • Communicating with clients regarding delivery/pickup issues and reporting any incidents or non-conformance to the company;
  • Providing after-hours contact for end-of-day unfinished routes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar customer-facing role;
  • Excellent attention to detail and results-driven approach;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow up on tasks;
  • Problem-solving ability with decisive decision making.
