Insolvency and Restructuring Expert

Join a reputable accounting firm that specializes in providing expert financial services, including insolvency and restructuring solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex engagements, conducting investigations and financial analysis, and developing creative solutions for clients facing financial challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of insolvency and restructuring engagements, including voluntary administrations, liquidations, receiverships, and bankruptcy cases.
- Conduct thorough investigations and financial analysis to assess the financial position of clients and develop effective strategies for recovery or wind-down.
- Prepare detailed reports, forecasts, and recommendations for stakeholders, including creditors, directors, and regulatory authorities.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance and support throughout engagements.
- Liaise with legal counsel, creditors, and other stakeholders to facilitate the insolvency process and achieve optimal outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in insolvency and restructuring, preferably in a public accounting firm or advisory environment.
- CA qualification preferred, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and insolvency legislation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex financial situations and develop creative solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
