We are seeking highly motivated Graduate Speech Pathologists to join our team in Western Australia.

Job DescriptionSalary: $100K (estimated annual salary)
This full-time or part-time position offers an ideal foundation for new graduates in disability-focused community therapy. As a Graduate Therapist, you will be supported by our experienced team and have access to ongoing career development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver discipline-specific therapy within participants' everyday environments and routines, bringing their hopes and dreams to life.
- Access mentoring and internal supports to grow your expertise and skills.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and celebrate the wins of your teammates.
- Complete reflective practice to develop evidence-based therapy plans.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently registered with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Ability to obtain NDIS Workers Screening & Working with Children Check

About This Role
In this role, you will work closely with participants, families, and key stakeholders to identify facilitators and barriers within their environment and set meaningful goals within an interdisciplinary team. You will share your thoughts, ideas, and solutions that have helped meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), prepare evidence-based therapy plans and reports, and evaluate progress using person-centered tools and collaboration.
