Occupational Therapist Career Advancement Opportunity

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at Empower Healthcare, a dynamic organization dedicated to delivering exceptional care that positively impacts peoples' lives.
As an Occupational Therapist with us, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously on your caseload within the NDIS and Homecare Packages, providing home-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions for clients in their own homes. You will also arrange appropriate home modifications and equipment, develop therapy programs to improve clients' daily routines, independence in personal care skills, domestic skills, community skills, and sensory requirements.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide support for clients and refer to appropriate services as required. Your role will also involve reviewing therapy programs to follow up on the progress of your clients and the results they have achieved.

If you have a relevant degree in Occupational Therapy, registration with AHPRA, police check clearance, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong time-management skills, and attention to detail, we encourage you to apply.
