We're seeking passionate and empathetic allied health professionals to join our team at Everyday Independence. As a Graduate Speech Pathologist, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives by helping them break down barriers and reveal their true abilities.
Your Role
- You'll work with our participants to identify facilitators and barriers within their environment, setting meaningful goals within an inter-disciplinary team.
- You'll share your thoughts, ideas, and solutions that have helped you meet your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- You'll prepare evidence-based therapy plans and reports highlighting your participants' achievements and the supports they need to continue towards their set goals.
- You'll evaluate progress and positive outcomes using person-centered tools, functional observations, and collaboration with participants, their family, and/or key stakeholders.

- You'll need to be currently registered with SPA and able to obtain NDIS Workers Screening & Working with Children Check.
