As an Allied Health Team Leader at Ability WA, you will have the opportunity to lead a high-performing team and contribute to delivering quality services aligned with our strategic plan.
This part-time position (0.8 FTE) offers a 12-month fixed term contract, providing a stable and secure work environment.
The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in an allied health profession, as well as current registration with AHPRA or relevant association. You will also need to possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower others to succeed.
Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with Managers and other Therapy leaders, promoting a positive team culture, developing and motivating direct line reports, and driving service innovation. Additionally, you will model and embed desired organisational values, effectively manage escalations and feedback, and maintain best practice and contemporary evidence-based practice.
