About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering and managing relationships with our partner agencies, maintaining knowledge of their digital and ICT objectives, and investigating ICT solutions for business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong working relationships with partner agencies to understand their digital and ICT needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Investigate and recommend ICT solutions for business systems, including consultation, negotiation, and decision-making.
  • Provide expert advice on digital solutions that leverage digital and ICT investment and benefits.
  • Participate in agile-based multi-disciplinary teams to design, build, and review ICT solutions.
  • Prepare and present submissions, proposals, reports, and briefings related to the delivery of ICT services and products.
  • Maintain a work environment that values performance, improvement, innovation, and outcomes, and promotes knowledge sharing within the business unit.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need a sound understanding of contemporary digital/ICT concepts and service delivery. You must also be able to present technical information in plain language verbally and in business cases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is your ability to work effectively in a team environment.
