About the Role

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Solution Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting custom digital solutions using Microsoft 365 tools.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and supporting custom Microsoft 365 solutions that meet business requirements;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to design, build, and implement solutions that improve workflows and support high-quality care;
  • Producing and maintaining high-quality, clear and detailed documentation such as solution designs, technical notes, and user guides to support delivery and handover;
  • Troubleshooting and supporting Microsoft 365 custom solutions;
  • Preparing and facilitating individual and group coaching sessions relevant to business requirements through face-to-face and/or virtual delivery using Microsoft Teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of Microsoft 365 tools and technologies;
  • Experience in designing, developing, and implementing custom digital solutions;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
