Digital Innovation Specialist

About The Role:

This senior role leads the delivery of digital solutions by consulting with stakeholders to obtain, analyze, communicate, and validate technical requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and systems.

  • Identify, document, and assist business stakeholders in articulating clearly defined business requirements.
  • Develop member-centric digital solutions that deliver the best outcomes for customers.
  • Draft technical requirements and artefacts to communicate solution designs that will assist developers throughout delivery.
  • Leverage technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, .NET, SQL, MAUI, Sitecore, and Web APIs.
  • Step in to lead a solution as required, including design, estimations, coordination, and specification activities, ensuring that deliverables meet business needs and expectations.
About You:

We are looking for an experienced professional who possesses strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering innovative digital solutions.

  • Must have professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated negotiation, mediation, and facilitation skills.
  • Must have business acumen and industry knowledge with a strong understanding of business processes and products.
  • Knowledge of digital IT trends and experience working with digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and .NET.
  • Experience working with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Hands-on experience using UML to create sequence diagrams.
  • Extensive experience working with APIs and web services.
  • Knowledge and use of process modelling tools to create BPMN and flow diagrams.
