I am looking for a dedicated Digital Solutions Specialist to join my national team and help the Real Estate network leverage their technology platform to achieve business success.

Working primarily in Queensland, you will develop deep relationships with business owners, sales agents, and administrators to identify opportunities to streamline processes and grow their business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with members of the network and influencing their technology adoption
  • Conducting professional training, both online and in-person, which may require travel to rural areas
  • Challenging office procedures and systems to improve output
  • Collaborating with state-based teams while staying aligned to national programs

To be successful in this role, you will have experience working in or around the Real Estate industry and possess excellent interpersonal skills, with a genuine enjoyment of helping others solve problems. Accountability, responsiveness, flexibility, and a willingness to learn are also essential qualities.

A typical day for a Digital Solutions Specialist may involve:

  • Visiting offices locally and rurally to provide support and guidance
