Key Business Analyst Role

The role of a business analyst is crucial in supporting the growth and continuous improvement of technology solutions.

You will act as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and developers, translating business needs into powerful digital products.

From managing product roadmaps to shaping solution architecture, you will play a key role in aligning tech capabilities with operational and client goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements;
  • Write user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for development teams;
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies;
  • Review feature development against defined criteria;
  • Maintain and update product roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities;
  • Collaborate with developers to scope and implement features;
  • Coordinate timelines, sprint priorities, and deliverables across teams;
  • Provide subject-matter expertise to implementation, support, and sales teams;
  • Deliver training and maintain user and internal documentation;
  • Support issue resolution by providing functional and system insights;
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams;
  • Gather and interpret user feedback to inform product improvements;
  • Communicate feature updates, roadmap changes, and key developments.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field OR equivalent industry experience;
  • Proven experience as a business analyst, product owner or product specialist—ideally in SaaS or software development;
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery and tools (e.g., JIRA, Figma, BPMN);
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex ideas into clear technical specs;
  • Experience developing documentation, workflows, and user stories;
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management and collaboration skills;
  • Ability to work autonomously, juggle changing priorities, and stay organized;
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accountability.
