Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans that cater to the individual needs of clients.
- Work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve safe and sustainable outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for success.
- Provide education and training to clients on healthy lifestyle choices, injury prevention, and management techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, best practices, and research findings to ensure that our services remain cutting-edge and effective.
- Qualifications as either an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Registered Nurse, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist.
- Registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC or RCAA.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
