**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design and delivery of leadership development and capability building programs for our Corporate Office. As a Senior Specialist, you will support the development and implementation of our learning strategy, working closely with our Corporate Office teams to create or source learning solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the development and delivery of our learning strategy to continue building our team member and leader capabilities
  • Develop tools and processes to undertake learning needs analysis
  • Work closely with our Corporate Office teams to create or source learning solutions
  • Source and commercially manage external learning providers and contracts
  • Effectively manage our LMS and drive continuous improvement of the system
  • Develop and implement training related data and reporting to track compliance, build targeted learning solutions and provide meaningful and actionable insights to senior leaders
