This is a newly created position that involves developing and implementing comprehensive training programs tailored to meet the evolving needs of our business.

You will work closely with our operations team, executive team, and client stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and design effective solutions.

Your focus will be on building robust learning frameworks and programs that support our clients in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing new learning initiatives, induction programs, and career pathways
  • Collaborating with our training delivery specialists and designers to promote learning communities and enhance existing learning platforms
  • Liaising with external vendors to monitor progress and report against agreed learning objectives and KPIs

We are seeking an innovative and creative individual with a passion for building relationships and influencing.

You should have previous experience designing and implementing structure in a complex, fast-paced environment, and be courageous enough to challenge the status quo for the development of our business.
