Learning and Development Program Lead

Our team is seeking a strategic leader to shape workforce capability and development in our Child and Adolescent Community Health service.
This role will provide leadership and coordination of learning and development programs, managing the Community Health Learning and Development Team. The ideal candidate will also respond to education, training, and learning needs of Community Health staff, consulting with service areas and key stakeholders.
Strategic planning, fit-for-purpose training, and collaboration with external organisations are essential aspects of this role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective learning and development strategies
- Providing leadership and guidance to the Community Health Learning and Development Team
- Consulting with service areas and key stakeholders to identify education, training, and learning needs
Our service provides health and developmental assessments, early intervention, and health promotion services for children and young people. Our focus is on child health, growth, and development, behaviour, immunisation, and supporting families.
Eligibility requirements: applicants must have a valid working visa or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia.
