Client Service Manager Unlisted

We are seeking a skilled Client Service professional to join our team in Sydney, supporting the management of a portfolio of unlisted fund clients.

About the Role
  • Must have full working rights in Australia.
  • Some experience or exposure to client services, fund administration, or financial services is required.
  • A basic understanding of registry operations or a strong willingness to learn is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks are key requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the management of a portfolio of unlisted fund clients under the guidance of senior team members.
  2. Assist in maintaining accurate client registers using our internal registry system.
  3. Help coordinate client communications, including reporting and updates.
  4. Participate in client meetings and assist with follow-up actions and documentation.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Payments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  6. Contribute to process improvements and team initiatives.
  7. Learn and apply regulatory requirements relevant to registry operations.
