Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Support Consultant to join our team at our Doncaster club. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving membership growth and retention through proactive outreach activities, exceptional customer service, and personalized interactions with our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to club sales budget through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals
  • Achieve lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys through positive and personalized interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey
Requirements:
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on meeting member needs
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire members to take action
  • Drive and goal focus with a continuous desire to excel
  • Team player with the ability to rally through challenges and celebrate success
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport with members from diverse backgrounds
What We Offer:
