Fitness First Member Support Consultant

About the RoleAs a Member Support Consultant, you will be the face of Fitness First, interacting with members and potential customers to drive membership growth and retention. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Proactively contributing to club sales budgets through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals
- Providing exceptional customer service to members and potential customers
- Creating personalized member journeys through positive and engaging interactions
- Achieving successful outcomes to member inquiries and concerns
