Lead Energy Project Coordinator

This is a challenging and exciting role for an experienced professional to play a key part in the timely delivery of new and existing generation and storage projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of energy sector project management principles and practices, with experience in planning and delivering complex projects or programs in energy, engineering, or similar industries.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and forecasts in collaboration with project managers and engineering leads, ensuring visibility for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Accurately estimate task efforts and support resource planning by allocating engineering hours and forecasting short- and long-term needs.
  • Drive consistent project delivery by embedding process improvements into business-as-usual operations.
  • Proactively manage project risks, including time, cost, and scope variations, and maintain clear escalation and communication processes.

The successful candidate will be skilled in managing multi-disciplinary teams, project controls, and client relationships, with a proactive and collaborative approach. Excellent communication skills are also essential, with the ability to engage stakeholders and deliver clear written and verbal updates.

This is a full-time opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team, contributing to the development of innovative solutions to meet the challenges of a net-zero energy system.
