
Administrative Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic team leader to manage and oversee the day-to-day administration and operations of our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders while also demonstrating the ability to work independently in this role.
- Lead and inspire growth among team members.
- Provide direction and guidance to staff in supporting children's development across various learning outcomes.
- Ensure smooth and safe operation as designated supervisor.
- A happy, positive and engaging personality.
- Demonstrate high-level knowledge of relevant standards laws and regulations.
- Hold a Diploma or higher qualification in a related field.
- Be certified in First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis management or be willing to obtain.
- Ability to lead, manage and develop staff in a team-based environment.
- Experience working with children, preferably primary school aged children.
- Working knowledge of current childcare legislation.
- Administration experience highly regarded.
