
Administrative Operations Manager

Responsibilities- Maintaining confidentiality of all resident and employee matters
- Managing staff training, orientation, compliance, and education records
- Owning and managing staff rostering, allocations, and personnel file management
- Reconciling invoices and order processing for Clinical and Support Services teams
- Processing timesheets, payroll coordination, and answering employee queries
- Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth running of the home
- Providing general HR support, including assistance in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Administrative experience within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Microsoft Office Suite and competent use of internal systems
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and multi-tasking capabilities
