Costa Hammond Park is a leading grower, packer, and marketer of premium quality fresh fruit and vegetables.
As part of our 2025 Graduate intake, we are seeking enthusiastic graduates from a range of disciplines to join us in an 18-month rotational graduate program. This program provides a hands-on and educational experience across our operations, offering unprecedented access to senior leaders, external facilitators, and former graduates to mentor and guide your course work and development.
The program consists of three six-month rotations in different produce categories at various locations across Australia. Successful applicants will receive a fixed-term 18-month contract with a competitive salary, laptop, phone, and uniform.
Throughout the program, you will be immersed in our horticulture, agronomy, growing, harvesting, irrigation, and safety and quality teams, gaining exposure to a multitude of produce and growing climates, conditions, and unique complexities. You will work alongside industry-leading professionals across different farms/locations, allowing you to experience a variety of produce and develop a solid base for a long-term career in the industry.
