Agribusiness Regional Graduate

We are seeking ambitious graduates to deliver exceptional customer experiences in regional Australia. Our 4-month rotational program will equip you with the skills, knowledge, and networking opportunities to succeed in banking.
About the Role:- Gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment, working closely with high-performing agribusiness and business bankers across regional Australia.
- Develop critical skills through industry learning and ongoing skill development.
- Support customers and communities in regional locations, exploring opportunities to create a positive social impact via community engagement programs.
- Participate in industry learning and ongoing skill development to enhance your expertise.
- A diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and appreciated for being their authentic selves.
- A collaborative environment supporting customers across our regional locations.
- Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident status at the time of applying.
- Completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, or due to complete it by the commencement of the program.
- Willingness to relocate to a regional location for either the 4-month program or your first permanent role outside of the program.
