Regional and Agribusiness Career Opportunity

We are seeking ambitious individuals to join our 4-month rotational program, designed to give you a foot in the door in a career in Regional and Agribusiness Banking. The program will provide you with hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative environment, working closely with high-performing agribusiness and business bankers in regional and rural areas of Australia.

  • This is an excellent opportunity to develop critical skills for a future in banking, build relationships with customers, and contribute to the growth and success of businesses in regional Australia.

As a graduate, you will have the opportunity to connect with past alumni graduates and foster mentoring relationships, participate in industry learning and ongoing skill development, and gain exposure supporting our customers and communities. You will also be supported and placed into a permanent role during or after successful completion of the graduate program.

The ideal candidate will possess proven customer service skills, effective relationship management skills, and prior working experience in a service environment would be an advantage. If you are passionate about Regional Business & Agribusiness and committed to developing your skills and knowledge, this is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career.

Eligibility Requirements
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship or be an Australian Permanent Resident at the time of applying.
  • Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree or be due to complete it by the commencement of the program.
  • Be willing to relocate to a regional location for either the 4-month program or your first permanent role outside of the program.
  • Commit and be available to commence full-time employment in January 2026.
