HR Partnership Opportunity

As a valued member of our HR Operations team, you will collaborate with leadership to understand challenges and opportunities, creating a roadmap that drives business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with site leadership teams to drive high-performance culture solutions.
  • Deliver the HR strategy through leading or contributing to strategic programs like change initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership teams on performance planning cycles.
  • Identify talent and create development plans with lead teams.
  • Work with managers to design and implement projects and programs, including capability building activities.
  • Advise managers on HR policies and legislation.
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR practices.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Business.
  • 2+ years of experience at an HR Advisor level or similar, preferably from a related field.
  • Experience working in a unionised environment.
  • A track record of building relationships and influencing others.
  • An understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • The ability to demonstrate excellent judgement and initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
