Job Overview
The Role of the Senior HR Business PartnerWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our organization. The successful candidate will work closely with senior executives and managers to provide high-level consultancy services, including supporting restructures/reforms, consultation processes, change management, misconduct, and performance management.
This is a critical role within the People and Culture Division, requiring the incumbent to use their technical expertise and partnership skills to work on a diverse range of matters within the assigned portfolio. They will advise on industrial instruments relevant to employees, such as legislation and policy pertaining to employment.
Key responsibilities include recommending strategies on complex and sensitive matters, preparing concise written reports containing sound recommendations to executives and managers. The role also involves providing guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
As a key member of the People and Culture team, the Senior HR Business Partner will play a vital role in shaping the organization's human resources strategy. They will work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve business objectives and improve organizational performance.
This is a temporary contract of up to 12 months. Appointment is under applicable legislation. Terms and Conditions of employment are governed by relevant acts and regulations. Appointment is dependent upon a current National Police Certificate that we find satisfactory.
