Job Opportunity: Senior HR Partner
We are seeking an experienced senior HR professional to collaborate with our leadership team and drive business growth.
This role involves strategic partnership, workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, cultural initiatives, change leadership, data analysis, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years' experience in strategic HR roles, preferably in growth-oriented or industry-specific environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives.
- Develop and implement workforce plans, talent development strategies, and succession plans.
- Lead change initiatives, focusing on technology adoption and HR practice modernization.
- Analyze HR data to inform decision-making and drive improved outcomes.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring compliance with legal and policy requirements.
- Provide guidance on organizational design, performance frameworks, and leadership development.
About You:
- Strong commercial acumen, agility, and proactive HR leadership skills.
- Industry-specific experience (e.g., retail, energy, manufacturing, logistics) is highly desirable.
