About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Culinary Apprentice to join our team at Dnata Travel Group in Sydney.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about culinary arts and looking to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals for our airline clients.
  • Work alongside experienced chefs to learn and develop culinary skills.
  • Participate in the maintenance of a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious menu options.
Requirements
  • Passion for culinary arts and a desire to learn and develop skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certificate I or II in Hospitality an advantage.
  • Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) from current positions may assist in fast tracking your qualification.
  • Be an Australian citizen or hold permanent residency.
  • As you will be working in the Aviation Services industry, you will be required to obtain a clear National Police Check.
