Job Title: Global Training Facilitator

About the Role:

The Global Training Facilitator will be responsible for driving third-party partnerships globally, supporting the Sales Learning and Development Team to ensure partner sales managers and trainers are well-equipped to train and onboard their sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance and Reporting: Manage quality assurance processes, deliver training programs, and conduct monthly business reviews to ensure high-quality training and development.
  • Performance Improvement: Consult with stakeholders to identify performance gaps, design learning interventions, deliver training content, and provide constructive feedback to drive business growth.
  • New Hire Training and Observation: Develop and refine the onboarding process for maximum efficiency, ensuring new hires are equipped to succeed in their roles.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with trainers and content design teams to review and develop training materials addressing identified learning gaps and product evolution.
  • Business as Usual: Attend stakeholder and L&D meetings, execute training materials, meet weekly with Team Leaders and Quality Assessors, and stay updated with systems and sales methodologies.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Learning and Development
  • Experience in developing training programs
  • Background in Tech, Banking, or Finance; FinTech experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to impact and influence people at multiple levels within the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
