We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Learning and Development Consultant to join our team at WSP Global Inc. This is a permanent role based in Sydney or Melbourne, with hybrid work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities- Design and facilitate learning and development initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
- Partner with leadership teams to develop and implement strategic learning and development programs that meet the needs of the organization.
- Contribute to the refinement and design of quality blended programs, short courses, and sprints that reflect leading-edge research and best practices.
- Develop and deliver training programs that enhance leadership, management, well-being, technical, personal, and professional growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and develop learning and development activities that support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Relevant degree or graduate diploma in Learning and Development, Coaching, or Change Management.
- At least 7 years of experience in Organizational Development and Learning and Development in a corporate environment.
- Strong experience in learning analysis, skills and task analysis, and workforce planning.
- Experience in debriefing 360 Leadership Assessment and other recognized assessments.
