**Job Title:** Operations Manager**Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of our Tastelife program across relevant portfolios. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team and make a meaningful impact.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing operational plans, conducting ongoing evaluation, and delivering detailed reporting. They will also identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer and client service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of the Tastelife program across relevant portfolios
  • Develop and implement operational plans and conduct ongoing evaluation
  • Deliver detailed reporting and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Manage a team of Coordinators, including supporting recruitment, scheduling, onboarding, and performance management
  • Implement Tastelife strategies, health promotion, and initiatives

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in health, business, or a related field
  • Previous experience in operations and/or management roles
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Able to manage and prioritize your workload and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to travel to remote and offshore sites
